## One-time audit — ~₹50,000
- Export + reconcile Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace users vs Zoho Books (or Tally) bills
- Ghost-seat report with per-seat saving maths
- Supervised suspension of approved ghosts (never delete day one, human sign-off on each name)
- Power Query workbook handed over + 30-min walkthrough so your team can repeat it
- Timeline: 1 week. You provide: admin read access + last 3 vendor invoices.

## Quarterly watch — ~₹5,000/month
- We run the true-up every quarter (15–30 min of your team's time for approvals)
- Review log maintained as SOC 2 / NIS2 access-review evidence
- Annual saving tracked quarter over quarter
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

## Boundaries (we say no when it does not fit)
- Under 15 seats: do it yourself with our free checklist, do not pay us
- Contractor-churn problem: needs onboarding automation, quoted separately
- Enterprise SSO/provisioning suites (500+ seats): out of scope for this pack
