Tech Manager Lab publishes practical material for IT managers working in small and mid-sized firms (roughly 20–200 seats). Everything here is informational and educational. It is not professional advice, and using the site does not create a consulting, advisory or fiduciary relationship with us.
Cost figures and examples in the articles and videos are working assumptions for illustration unless a primary source is cited. They are not quotes, and they are not a substitute for reading your own vendor contract, your own licence terms or your own policy.
Compliance claims such as SOC 2, ISO 27001 or cyber-insurance readiness depend on your assessor, broker, controls and evidence. Our checklists describe recommended practice; they do not certify anything.
